We had absolutely BEAUTIFUL weather and an awesome setting for Amber & Jason's wedding! (Click here to view their engagement session from July). They chose the very unique and creative Spring Mill Park for their wedding and reception. At the park, there is a section called the Pioneer Village, and there are different little cabins you can walk in and experience a little from the past! The ceremony was held here in the Meeting House, which is a small cabin with long sliced logs for the benches and no electricity--just candlelight. It made for a really cool backdrop to their wedding. The reception that followed was back up at the lodge, and it was a PAR-TAY! These people liked to DANCE and have a good time. I even got pulled on the dance floor about 3 different times, ha! I had a hard time narrowing down my faves, so here goes...
Amber and the girls getting ready:
The matron of honor putting on Amber's makeup:)
I was so nervous laying their rings on the ground here, but I HAD to get this shot because the Fall leaves really represent their day!
LOVE this shot of Amber:
A little lens flare to show off the beautiful sun we ended up having:)
This is the inside of the Meeting House where they were married. How cool is this?!
Meet the groom, Jason!
Studmuffins... (this shot was actually an accident. i had a setting wrong on my camera, but i thought the outcome was pretty cool because of the sun's rays and the long shadows from the guys. therefore, it's one of my faves!)
I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN...After a few shots with the guys, I said "alright, you guys pick the next location." Of course they chose the Tavern!
(Jason's expression as he sees his bride for the FIRST time that day)
Click on this image to make it larger. The wedding party had a little fun in the leaves!!!
I LOVE this shot of them:)
Congrats, Amber & Jason! Your wedding was so much fun and your family and friends were so great. I hope that you had a lovely honeymoon and I wish you all the best! Enjoy your slideshow!
