Last week, I had the privilege of working with some of the funniest people I have met! From the time that I started snapping, I knew this fam was gonna be cool when David started dancing like Michael Jackson to try and make Jackson smile!! No joke! (By the way, good moves, David. For those of you who know David, make sure he shows you his moves:) Jack is a little busy-body! I got my workout in that's for sure. Plus, my car read 99 degrees right before we were getting started, so I knew I had to have my A-game on in order to make this a fun and painless evening for the Scott's. We shot at the fabulous Indianapolis Museum of Art--my favorite picture spot! Jack is such a cutie. He had so much fun playing with is k-9 brother, Cooper. Coop wasn't too excited about being tugged around by Jack for pictures, but hey...he got lots of "yummies" out of the deal! He even cooperated for a portrait at the end of our time together, which you can find below. Anne, David, Jackson and Cooper, I had so much fun with you guys. Jack is a sweetie. I had a hard time narrowing down my favorites...
OK. This is when David was doing the Michael Jackson dance, and here was Jack's reaction--PERFECT!
Aaaawww. Jack is giving Cooper a "yummy." (make sure you watch the slideshow closely below. I snapped one of Cooper trying to eat the treat right before this shot. HA!)
One of my favorite things about photographing little kids is that I just keep shooting and shooting their every move. I honestly have NO IDEA what the results are until I get back to my computer. This holds true for the photo below. How funny is this?! Jackson and Cooper at BOTH eyeing the treat, and they BOTH have their tongues out. I was CRACKING UP!)
Meet the Scott crew:
I think this moment is just precious!
Here we were playing peek a boo:)
Here's the next Abercrombie pose:
Love this
Here is my absolute FAVORITE shot of the evening. I love this shot because I didn't tell them to sit on the ground, and I didn't tell Anne to lift Jack in the air, and I didnt' tell David to look at Jack. This was totally candid and natural, which makes for the BEST shots!
But here is a close 2nd:
Thank you so much for trusting me to capture your family. I hope you love your slideshow!
